Transcript:

Austin: This is a big development in the election process. President Biden finds himself a wounded animal in a corner, and he and his Democratic colleagues are trying their best to gain a little ground, some momentum, something in the race to hold their seats, not just the White House, but the Congress as well, trying to maintain control of the Senate, at the very least.

They think that they've done this by soliciting the American public to perhaps consider drastic, not just minor, but drastic changes to the way the Supreme Court operates. It's an interesting process.

There was a study that was done, I think, 2 or 3 years ago by the president, a constitutional study on perhaps changing certain things in the Supreme Court. And while they had all kinds of ideas like term limits and expanding definitions as to exactly what the Constitution means in the year 2024, it was fascinating to me that none of this really came up again until the president found himself in a dire political situation.

Joe Biden's main mission in life in the Senate has been to protect the integrity of the Supreme Court, and now he wants to completely dismantle it.

Folks, we've had liberal Supreme Court control, or at least domination for as long as I can remember up until recent years, and now that the tables have turned, the Democrats want to change the rules of the game.

You want to talk about term limits for Supreme Court justices? How about talk about term limits for members of Congress and members of the Senate? How about that? How about a one-term president one six-year term? I mean, there are all kinds of things you can talk about the Supreme Court Justice limitations.

My goodness gracious. Stay tuned. This is going to be an incredibly complicated and nasty battle. Joe Biden and his team are in trouble and they are grasping at straws. The bad news is the Constitution may come unraveled in the process.
