Spring officially starts on Tuesday, March 19th, and some fantastic warmer weather events are lined up. Make sure to mark your calendars for Spring Wingfest on Saturday, March 23rd, at SRP Park in North Augusta. This event promises to be a blast with wings, food trucks, craft beer, and even a cornhole tournament. Gates open at 1 PM, and the event will end at 5 PM. Nothing says spring more than a day at SRP Park.
Of course, the biggest spring sporting event in the world is here in Augusta. The Masters. Masters week this year is from Monday, April 8th to Sunday, April 14th at Augusta National Golf Club.
What's golf week in Augusta without Rock Fore! Dough? This year's event at Columbia County Amphitheater in Evans is on Tuesday, April 9th. Artists haven't been announced, but we will update this when we know more.
