Café on Eighth now has a second location in the Augusta area. Café on Eighth is a small family-owned café, having its first location in Downtown Augusta. The downtown location held its grand opening less than a year ago on April 23, 2023. Now, they have announced the second location at Augusta Tech College. They will be open only two days a week, Wednesday and Thursday from 8 am until 3:30 pm.
If you are not familiar with Café on Eighth, they are known for having gourmet waffles.
Types Of Waffles They Have At COE:
The Down Home:
This waffle is stuffed with fried chicken and Collard greens.
The COE Omelet:
This is s your everyday omelet but inside of a waffle! You can choose between Bacon, Ham, Turkey sausage, and of course eggs and cheese.
Low Country:

This waffle consists of a beef patty, onions, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.

This waffle is simple yet still has a bit of a twist for those peach cobbler lovers. This is a classic waffle topped with warm cinnamon peach sauce.
