Warrenville Man Charged with Multiple Counts of Exploitation of a Minor
An investigation by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force has resulted in an Aiken County man’s arrest.
The South Carolina Attorney General’s Office says 27-year-old Johnathan Mackie Bryant of Warrenville is accused of trying to solicit a person he believed to be a minor for sex. Investigators say Bryant is also accused of sending sexually explicit images to a person he thought was a minor.
Bryant was taken into custody on September 5 in Lexington County.
He is charged with four counts of criminal solicitation of a minor and three counts of attempted dissemination of obscene material to a person under the age of 18.
Bryant faces up to 10 years in prison on each count, if convicted.
