Temporary Lane Closure at the intersection of Wrightsboro Rd @ Jimmie Dyess Pkwy

Due to utility installation, another Columbia County lane closure will take place temporarily on August 24, 2023. This will be at the intersection of Wrightsboro Rd @ Jimmie Dyess Pkwy. Closures will be from 9 am – 4 pm.

Temporary lane closures have also been extended for Hereford Farm Road.

The lane closures will be between Farmington Drive E and Brandywine Drive. The lane closures will be from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM from, Wednesday, August 23, 2023, to Friday, September 8, 2023.

Safety for Work Zone Areas:

Whenever you approach a work zone: slow down; allow extra distance between vehicles; watch for advanced warning signs; obey road crew flaggers; and expect the unexpected. If possible, please plan to take an alternate route and/or allow additional time for commuting during this timeframe.
