Missing Columbia County Teen Now Wanted for Kidnapping

The Columbia County Sheriff's Office has been looking for 16-year-old Harmoni Robinson this week, who was reported as a runaway by her grandmother.

Now authorities say Robinson is wanted for kidnapping.  Robinson's grandmother told deputies she left the family's home angry, slamming doors and cursing.  She reportedly left with her 20-month-old son, who is a ward of the state, without permission.

The grandmother told authorities she sent Robinson a text message asking her to return, but the teen refused.

The Columbia County Sheriff's Office pinged Robinson's cell phone and learned she was close to Gateway Storage in Grovetown.  At this point, authorities say she might be in Aiken County.

Robinson is black, 5'2" and weighs 120 pounds.
