Domestic Incident Leads to Shooting in Aiken
Aiken Man Charged with Attempted Murder in Shooting
A late-night shooting Monday in Aiken sent one man to the hospital and the other to jail.
The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office says a domestic disturbance led the shooting around 10:30 pm at a home in the 100 block of Bailey Circle.
One male victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment. The extent of his injuries has not been released yet.
Twenty-five-year-old Jeremy Patrick Crawford was taken into custody and charged with attempted murder in connection with the incident.
He’s being held in the Aiken County Detention Center.
