Deadly Crash Thursday Night on Gordon Highway
The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office says a two-vehicle crash last night on Gordon Highway has claimed a life.
The accident was reported at 9:47 p.m. at Craig Sims Parkway. Authorities say 68-year-old Donald Heathman of Harlem was headed west in the east bound lanes of Gordon Highway and hit an eastbound vehicle. Heathman died at the scene as a result of his injuries. The other driver is being treated for non life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing. No other information has been released yet.
