Three Men Wanted for Questioning in Augusta Man’s Disappearance

The Richmond County Sheriff's Office has identified three men who are being sought in connection with a local man's disappearance in March.

The family of 44-year-old Bruce Damon Barker Jr. reported him missing March 5.  They told authorities Barker has cerebral palsy, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and had not been taking any of his medications.  Family members also reported that Barker's phone was off and they had no way of communicating with him.

Today, authorities said three men are wanted for questioning in connection with Barker's disappearance.  One is known to frequent the Peach Orchard and Lumpkin Road areas. The second is believed to frequent the areas of Gordon Highway and Deans Bridge Road, and the third was described as a middle-aged white male with a beard who is known to frequent the Peach Orchard and Windsor Spring Road areas.
