Man Wanted for Allegedly Shooting Girlfriend in Richmond County

The Richmond County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man who is wanted for allegedly shooting his girlfriend at East Augusta Commons on East Boundary Street June 3o.

According to a police report, 40-year-old Alexander Lee Collier was upset with the victim for reportedly talking to another man.  She is undergoing treatment for a gunshot wound to the arm.

Collier is black, 5'10" and weighs 180 pounds.  He is considered armed and dangerous.  When captured, Collier will be charged with Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Crime and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
