Pedestrian Killed in Aiken County
Man Charged with Hit-and-Run Death of Pedestrian on Mike Padgett Highway
The South Carolina Highway Patrol has confirmed a pedestrian was killed this morning in Aiken County. The victim was hit at 6:45 a.m. in the 2100 block of Piper Road.
Aiken County Coroner Darryl Ables was called to the scene. So far, no other information has been released.
