POLL: Learning To Swim

Drowning deaths are not uncommon.  After another recent drowning death in Atlanta, Austin shares his observation of the week when it comes to learning to swim. But is he right?

Austin believes parents need to make every effort possible to teach their children to swim by age 5, at the minimum. Failure to do so, in his opinion, is a pretty terrible thing to do to your child. What do you think? Vote in the poll below.
