The Finem Group at Meybohm Commercial has announced a new tenant is now occupying the former Bees Knees location at 211 10th Street in downtown Augusta.

The owners of Lenox on 10th say it's a restaurant, hookah bar and entertainment venue all rolled into one.  They feature Southern soul food and live music, along with an extensive variety of craft beverages.

The owners of Lenox on 10th already operate Cheddars and Wild Wing in Augusta.

"The progress downtown continues, and should only increase with the coming increased foot traffic resulting from coming developments like The Standard on Greene Street and the Lamar Building," said John Eckley, VP and commercial broker with the Finem Group.
