It’s probably most of our fantasies to not only win the lottery but to win it in millions. Well, for one lucky person that fantasy has become reality. Augusta we’ve got a big winner! One Augusta resident is $1.71 Million dollars richer from their Fantasy 5 lottery play.
The way that Fantasy 5 works in Georgia, is by choosing 5 numbers from 1 to 42 or selecting a Quik pik, and then the numbers will be chosen at random.
The ticket was bought at the Junior Food Store on Peach Orchard Rd. and pulled for last Tuesday’s drawing, April 25.
Information has yet to be released about the resident - but I'm sure they are already thinking about what they are going to do with that money!
