Want to adopt a dog, meet our Rescue Of The Week, Cersei.
Cersei is a year old, 37lb pit mix. A compact bundle of young energy & fun.
She is pretty good on a leash, sits like a champ, takes treats politely, has a great personality, and, as you can see, a beautiful smile.
She loves her toys (especially the soft ones). She loves to run around the yard and tire herself out. She’ll then lay down, and look at you with a big smile.
She rarely jumps, but when the fun gets the best of her, she understands a firm “off”.
She gets along with the other dogs, and kids. The shelter staff will test her with cats if needed.
Cersei is up to date on her shots, spayed, microchipped and HW tested (-).
If you would like to meet her, come to the Augusta Animal Shelter on Mack Lane, Monday through Friday from 11am-4pm and on Saturdays from Noon-4pm.
