Juvenile Shot and Killed on Broad Street this Morning
Richmond County Coroner Mark Bowen has confirmed a juvenile was shot and killed early this morning on Broad Street.
Deputies were called to the Richmond Summit Apartments at 744 Broad Street just after 3 a.m. That’s where they found 13-year-old Buddy Brown with at least one gunshot wound. Bowen said Brown was pronounced dead at the scene at 4 a.m. An autopsy has been scheduled. No other information has been released yet.
