Man Wanted for Terroristic Threats and Acts in Richmond County

Richmond County authorities are looking for a man who threatened a female employee at Circle-K in the 400 block of Highland Avenue February 15.

Investigators say 22-year-old Santrez Dion Ellis allegedly threatened to shoot the employee when she refused to allow him to purchase a cigar.  Authorities say Ellis was with a female and both were required to show identification to prevent third party sales.  Ellis had ID, but the female didn't and that's when the sale was refused.

After threatening to shoot the employee, Ellis reportedly knocked several trash cans over outside the store before leaving the area with the unidentified female.

Ellis is wanted for Terroristic Threats and Acts.  He's black, 5'4" and weighs 145 pounds.  He was wearing a red and black hoodie with the word "Hustler" on it, black pants, a black mask and rainbow colored Croc-style shoes.   He should be considered armed and dangerous.  Call the Richmond County Sheriff's Office at 706-821-1020 or 706-821-1080 if you have any information.
