Aiken Regional Medical Centers has named a new Chief Operating Officer. Patti Monczewski, most recently chief operating officer with Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. She assumed her role in Aiken on January 9.
Monczewski has 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, having previously worked with three major healthcare systems. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina, and earned her Master of Business Administration from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.
"I am excited to join the Aiken Regional team and be a part of the local community," said Monczewski. "I look forward to helping grow Aiken Regional, its services and programs to further strengthen the health and well-being of the community; the Aiken Regional team, its patients, your family and our neighbors."
