Oscar Mayer is looking for 12 people to become the newest class of Wienermobile drivers for the next year.

Only a select group of 12 people will be chosen to drive the 27-foot-long iconic hot dog on wheels, so now is the time to apply if you're interested.

Not just anyone qualifies for the job though.  You must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in public relations, journalism, communications or marketing.  Oscar Mayer says it's looking for outgoing, friendly people who have strong communication skills and have a "love of hot dog puns."

The 12 drivers will travel across the U.S., covering an estimated 20,000 miles, while visiting more than 20 states.  They will also serve as an official Oscar Mayer spokesperson at more than 200 events per year.

Senior brand communications manager for Oscar Mayer, Ed Roland, said "Less than 1% of applicants are typically selected for the 12 positions, making it statistically easier to get accepted into an Ivy League university than be granted acceptance into Oscar Mayer's coveted Hotdogger class!"

Those interested in the job can send a resume and cover letter to wmrequest@kraftheinzcompany.com.  You can also visit careers.kraftheinz.com to apply for a Wienermobile spokesperson position.
