Aiken County Sheriff's OfficeCharlie Hannah will keep his District 2 seat on the Richmond County School Board. Hannah was forced into a runoff with Larry Fryer, when no one got more than 50% of the vote in the November 8 General Election.
Hannah won today's runoff race, beating Fryer with 54% of the vote.
