The annual Christmas Light-Up Spectacular and Tree Lighting event will be held at the Augusta Common, December 3, from 4 pm to 7 pm.

Activities will include a train ride, Christmas Village with crafts for children, the Mayor's Christmas Card Contest, entertainment provided by Richmond County elementary and middle school students, and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus.

The lighting of the Christmas tree is scheduled for 6:15 pm followed by a fireworks show.
