Local Woman Arrested for Man's Murder Sunday

Richmond County authorities say they have made an arrest in connection with the death of a man Sunday in Augusta.  Ahem Jabari Hill Sr. was shot at his home in the 3500 block of Tullicks Hill Road.  He died at noon at Augusta University Medical Center.

This morning, investigators say they have arrested 40-year-old Angel Burley of Augusta and charged her with Hill’s murder.  No motive has been given in the case.

A news release from the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office says, “the investigation is still ongoing and there will be further arrests in this case.”

No other information is being released at this time.
