Gas Leak at James Brown Arena Claims One Life
Man Charged with Hit-and-Run Death of Pedestrian on Mike Padgett Highway
The James Brown Arena was evacuated at 7:15 tonight due to a reported gas leak there.
An employee responding to the situation has died, according to a report from Richmond County Coroner Mark Bowen. An autopsy will be performed.
The Charlie Wilson & Friends concert that was scheduled to take place at 8 pm was cancelled.
No other information has been released yet.
