Richmond County Coroner Mark Bowen has identified the man whose body was found early Monday morning at the Circle K store in the 2800 block of Peach Orchard Road.
Bowen said 29-year-old Nathaniel Mack of Augusta was shot and least one time and was pronounced dead at 3:00 a.m.
An autopsy will be performed. The Richmond County Sheriff's Office says an investigation is still underway and no other information will be released at this time.
