Exciting news for Stranger Things fans! Actor Adam Murray, who has a recurring role on the Netflix shows, will be in Aiken over the next few days.  Murray stirred up some interest recently when he wore a vintage South Aiken High School Thoroughbred t-shirt on the show.

Stranger Things Actor In Aiken

While he never expected such a reaction to a wardrobe decision, Murray’s making the most of it.  He seized the opportunity to give back to the community and will start with a community Meet and Greet at South Aiken High School tonight (Thursday, August 18) from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

After his t-shirt caused a stir, he got numerous requests for autographs and to make appearances.  It started with him coming to do a fundraiser for South Aiken High.  But when people realized he was a comedian, they wanted a show too.

Appearances in Aiken

For the meet and greet tonight, replica t-shirts will be sold and episodes of Stranger Things will be shown. Murray will sign autographs and take photos as well.  It’s open to the public.  His comedy show will be tomorrow (Friday) night at Amentum Center for Performing Arts.  And his final appearance will be at South on Whiskey Road.

Murray recently talked with NewsChannel 6’s Kim Vickers about the whole experience and wardrobe decisions.  You can read more here!
