Getty ImagesMark your calendar for Friday, August 26. Savannah River Nuclear Solutions will hold an Engineering and Project Controls Recruitment Fair at the University of South Carolina Aiken Student Activity Center from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.
SRNS officials say there's a current need for more staffing at the site.
SRNS representatives will attend the recruitment fair to provide information about the Savannah River Site and to recruit potential applicants.
Event recruiters will be looking for those who have engineering skills that include chemical/process; civil/structural; electrical/power/high voltage; Instrumentation and Controls; Distributed Control Systems; and Manufacturing. Project Controls Skills that are needed include project costing; project estimating; project scheduling; and Earned Value Management Systems.
