The dates are July 25-28 and August 1-5, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. This is a walk-in back-to-school immunization clinic. If you're new to the click, they ask that you drop off a copy of your child's immunization records prior to your visit. This will allow them to enter the information into the Georgia State Immunization Registry System. By dropping off ahead of time, they will be able to serve you in a more timely manner.
No appointment is necessary. COVID-19 and MCV4 vaccines are available.
