Poll: Should Swim Instructor Face Charges?

Yesterday, the Burke County Sheriff's Office released their initial report and investigative notes on the drowning death of 4-year-old Israel Scott. Their case file and findings in the investigation were submitted to the District Attorney's Office for further review. They ruled there was no criminal negligence involved. Now, we want to know if you think the swim instructor should face charges.
