The child's grandfather reported the incident to the store manager.
The sheriff's office was notified and authorities reviewed security camera footage to confirm the report.
They're looking for a white male who was wearing a black Jiffy Lube shirt over a white long-sleeved shirt, black pants and a white ball cap.
