Family Fun Tubing In Helen, Georgia

If you are looking for family fun in Helen, Georgia, look no further than tubing on the Chattahoochee River. We have been to a couple of spots in Georgia and South Carolina. Helen is the best so far! The humidity isn't too bad in the summer and my wife enjoys the shopping. 

A couple of tubing tips:

If the water level is low, the ride is not as smooth

Bring a walking stick (for the trails and in the water)

Drink lots of water

Wear a hat and be prepared to get wet! (see pictures below)
