The Savannah Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested D'Andre Tandy in North Augusta on Tuesday. Tandy was wanted for the weekend murder of 21 year old Logan Etterle of Thomson. Etterle was shot and killed early Sunday morning during an altercation at 10th and Broad Streets. Tandy is currently being held in Aiken awaiting extradition to Richmond County.
Keyon Smiley was arrested and charged with Etterle's murder on Monday. Both suspects have lengthy criminal records.
