Augusta Regional Airport will conduct a live emergency drill, as required by Federal Aviation Regulations, on Wednesday, May 5.
Emergency response agencies from Richmond County will join Airport personnel in practicing procedures needed in the event of an actual emergency.
Live emergency drills are required by the FAA every three years.
Wednesday's drill will begin at 10:00 a.m.
