Georgia Department of Transportation workers will close Peach Orchard Road at Scott Road Monday, May 4, from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., and again Tuesday for emergency sewer repairs.
Drivers will use an off-site detour down Mike Padgett Highway and Lumpkin Road.
Repairs crews will continue work Wednesday and Thursday from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. closing only two lanes of travel.
Friday, May 8, crews will clean the site and remove equipment.
