Coronavirus Coverage

Lots of major life events have been put on hold due to the Coronavirus pandemic, but a mom and dad went above and beyond to make sure their son had a memorable 21st birthday.

Below is a TikTok clip making the rounds with the caption, “My brother turned 21 last night, and my parents felt bad that he couldn’t go to a bar/club, so my mom made our garage ‘Club Quarantine.'”

The clip opens with dad playing bouncer and carding his son. Once the son is allowed in the “club,” he’s greeted by the bartender (aka: mom) who gives her son a free shot since it’s the club’s policy when it’s someone’s birthday.

It’s a short clip but a sweet reminder of how to make the best out being quarantined, even if it’s your 21st birthday.
